Because that's what she is doing on top of being a friggin transphobe: she is policing how a cis-girl has to perform being a girl... down to the flesh. This woman will target your children for exiting outside of a arbitrariy gender norm wether they are cis or trans. She doesn't care as long as she gets to enforce 'doing gender right'. Even if you struggle with understanding being trans you need to realise that your kid becomes a target at the drop of a Maga hat.
