  16. Does it matter? They claim that a dress code applies. If there had been an inside/outside dress-code they would have/should habe pointed that out. Besides, the first and second time she spoke to staff was outside. So it is highly unlikely that there was a segregated dress-code. That is... apparently there is one... only they don't segregate by space but by skin-colour.
