  1. People complaining about historical accuracy are ignoring that the faire tale was written by a danish author. Should their 'accurate' mermaid not speak danish then? They clearly are drawing a line somewhere...

  2. @C Mate, dude... the parents are making an argument. You do not know these parents and yet you are making claims about their intentions... while ignoring the argument made. Now, ask yourself why that is.

  3.  @Chazerbaijann  exactly. These people claim that there is no intent behind art or business - yet their own intent is clear. They do draw lines claiming those very lines do not exist. They have no problem with Ariel having an irish accent (apparently) in the animated movie when the faire tale was written in danish.
