Especially since 'making public' in the case of a president does not mean to publish for everyone to see but disclose to a few election eclected officials.

  7. She is not attacking the President. She is questioning his actions. She is doing it in a polite and professional manner. Unlike Trump... who is hardly ever polite and feels free to actually attack everyone.
