@kyrptonite1825 if you try to give someone air after you choked him for 15 minutes you are trying to make yourself look good and not actually trying to help. The man who killed Neely had training. He therefore should have known he was killing Neely.

@Reprodestruxion that was a news paper working with the police to hide that the police had messed up another case. People did call the police. People did try to help. Even the number of people wjo alledgedly failed to help Kitty is entirely made up.
