@abigailfowler1843 they don't. And customers wouldn't expect them to do so. They will of course try and make sure that you do not sit next to a dog or will tell the owner that today is a bad day to bring the dog... but appart from that?

@abigailfowler1843 our legal system is very very different to the one in the US. Therefore insurance works differently as well. And if a dog missbehaves or their owner proves to be a tit they would be asked to leave... politely but firmly.
