  3. The dude at 2:21 just made clear that a person fleeing that was convicted in the country they are feeling from will again be prosecuted in the US. That means that a person who fled the Nazis who had been convicted under Nazi law would again face conviction under US law. That means that a person who manages to flee North Korea after they managed to escape a north korean workcamp would again be convicted in the US. The idea that you can convict someone again merely for having been convicted under another legal system in another country is something fascists would approve of.
