  4. The switch worked in Norway. Guess why? Because they made the decision to switch and out their money where their mouthes are. Their governments helped build up infrastructure and provided incentives.

  9.  @pennyrutter2782  is there funding to be had on state level? Here in Germany you could apply for money from several sources in country and from the EU. Which reminds me... try and check if the pages of the European Union have links to reading materials!
