It was made by a german journalist - and believe me is pulling no punches in it. https://m.bpb.de/mediathek/198266/die-arier And she wrote a book about making that movie: http://www.die-arier.com/ The english version is available for Universities only... but you might be able to order it if your library has a deal with University libraries. It's not a perfect movie... but which movie is?
