  2. Dictionaries are descriptiv. They describe usage. Usage changes. Words are coined. Language is a tool that is adapted constantly. This guy is... too ignorant to use a dictionary. Oh, and to read the times of that swimm meet and understand how they relate to the time the swimmer usually makes. But hey... facts... education... why bother?????
