Did you know that escaping from prison/jail itself is not illegal in Germany (the act itself... you do get i trouble when you break other laws while doing so)?

  16.  @douchopotamus3755  the law here thinks otherwise. All you have to be is of age and a citizen (or resident, depending which election it is). That's it. Germany made it though two authoritarian systems... so the idea that being of sound judgement should be a requirement for voting is unthinkable in our law philosophy.

  18.  @douchopotamus3755  and that is why we have to double and triple check every law. And why changing the Grundgesetz is not easily done. You do realise that losing a drivers licence is not the same as losing a Grundrecht?

  37. I am trying... bit hard if someone like that is presenting herself as the standard. And as a German I am instantly wary of everyone who wants to use a weapon.
