Philosophers who eere part of the Frankfurter Schule but remaind in the US after WW2 were Marcuse, Löwenthal, and Kirchheimer. "In 1953, the Institute for Social Research (Frankfurt School) was formally re-established in Frankfurt, West Germany".

I want to sit that smug boy down and only let him up after he has explained one of Adorno's lectures (I'll be nice and pick a short one) to me.
