  2. She isn't russian. The problem is not her nationality but that the story about how they met does not make any sense. The way he tells it is rather strange as well.

  3. Public figures that are just that don't. Politicians who willingly tell stories about their private lives that do not hold up to scrutiny do. If I campaigned on a platform that said abolish A while making money out of A not being abolished I have opened myself up to questions. If I campaign and tell stories about meeting my partner that involves me going on an 80 hour round trip starting and ending in a country that I cannot quite name... and that story has me going gambling in a city that doesn't really allow legal gambling.... What do you think would happen?
