@MrBlueSkyMrNight how many days was that then? How many are there left now? Have you looked at the average and median time it usually takes? Have you counted the days till your election? And you can not say there is too little time, establish a presedent and then clutch your pearls when it applies to you later.

@MrBlueSkyMrNight you didn't even read that post, did you?

@zoobrizz Dave... he is doing his best endangering the lives of the very people who are supposed to vote for him.
6
The average time is 67 days, the median 71. How many days till election?
4
cjp and the problem with that would be?
4
@joyphillips1821 you posting this over and over does make your reasoning no more valid than the first time you posted it.
4
Vivian Wang we know Vivian? And yet we still put before you arguments and hope for the best.
3
Sean... what makes you think that? And why do you seem to think fucking over basic rules and procedures is a good idea? Aren't you meant to be a democracy? Or did Trump suddenly become King?
2
@nickking9568 nah... that is you projecting.
2
Mark bodman a female... erm.
2
@zoobrizz oh, honey... Nixon ring a bell?
1
If Mitch followed a rule then does that not mean it would apply now as well? Oh, wait...
1
Yes, they do. Could you tell Trump, please? He doesn't seem to know.
1
Jack Jones are you sure? And I take it you think that would be a good thing?
1
@zoobrizz mate... are you even listening to yourself? The average time between nomination to final senate vote is 67 days - the median is 71.
1
Your point?
1
You mean... wait, you are not very good at american history, are you?
1
No. That is just you projecting.
1
He can nominate... but the GOP has established that a vote on said nomination does not automatically follow. Which you would know if you had had payed attention.
1
You could ask Mitch that. Or simply read up on his arguments when Obama nominated Garland.
1
You can role these tapes... they will not bolster your argument
1
You can't mention what didn't happen, can you now?
1
@wretchedone2970 what had the bible to do with this? And of course they left out this 'information'.. because Garland never took the seat.
1
@doeduckie7818 so? The post was in answer to incorrect claims that Garland became a Supreme Court judge. And no, the reason that he didn't is not that nominees can only do take seats if the WH has the Senate... you are allowd to vote for a candidate across party lines.
1
The problem with that would be?
