That said... a court has found that JD is a domestic abuser. The jury found that she is not allowed to speak about that abuse even when speaking about abusers (plural) and not naming names. It also found that JD's legal rep is not allowed to say she activly lied about the abuse.

There is a court that found that JD is indeed a domestic abuser. The man that has a long history of assault and has legal trouble because he again assaulted someone.
