@beejoy6153 she is trying to be very precise with what and how she is saying things. Not a sign of weakness at all.

@dixonuranus9043 the internet is not a source. It is a tool to find sources. Please, see a librarian.

@Swnsasy I do doubt, that it is social media. Or not in the way people would think it is. Should you sit down to work on this: Good luck! Maybe you can do something interdisziplinarian with someone? Compare school-shootings in the US and other places? (Not that there are that many)

@zackamania6534 you are calling a 15 year old kid that was failed and abandonded by his parents a monster?
2
@keenanschouten2582 with the parents refusing to take him... what choices did the school have?
2
@danmadison5087 mmmhhh... I have a sneaking suspicion that there is a reason this account is one month old. How's the shift going, Dan?

@dixonuranus9043 you clearly have no idea how PTSD is diagnosed - or what it is.

@DerangedLeftWingers how shocking! Protecting kids! What will they come up next? Letting them pee in peace? How dare they!

@dixonuranus9043 soooo... you read what the defense said? That's your source?

@Teeja1212 the gun they didn't know about?

@mimiwatching good question for the parents. But I do doubt that they will answer.

@jordanaguirre2540 they did indeed give thw a 48h ultimatum. But what do you do when the parents refuse to take the kid and you habe reason to believe he is suicidal?
1
@danmadison5087 lefty kid? Wacker? Are you quite okay?
1
@pietekoo5559 you are presuming that the school knew that there was a weapon.
1
@danmadison5087 Dan, his parents are ardent Trump supoorters. Don't be dense.
1
@pietekoo5559 I am not sure that that is conductive to a healthy and fuctional teacher-pupil relationship.

@jordanaguirre2540 they probably would have. And even if they had not, I suspect that the school had every reason to think they might. Besides - the school seems to have been under the impression that he was suicidal. Suspending him immediatly when the parents refused to care for him? Not a good idea. Going with a 48h ultimatum seems like a reasonable option.

Honest question? Are kids that the school thinks might be in danger of killing themselves habitualy handed over to police in the US? Based on what?
