  4.  @vozz4826  the US has people wait till they are 21 to legaly drink as well. Drinking in general in public is tightly regulated... but hey, lets deregulate items solely made to kill. People defend gun culture by refering to the second amendmend ignoring its legal, historical, cultural, and linguistical context - ot simply being unaware that there is one. They place a misunderstood sentence in a document that has been adapted several times (the second amendmend being a point in case) over the lives of the people the constitution is meant to serve.

  6. @Betty Blue France has rules and enforces them. Germany has rules and enforces them. Sweden, Finland, Norway, the Netherlands, Denmark... They all do and are not islands. As a society you can do this. Although the US has more guns than people the people actually owning guns are on the small side. The numbers of people owning the most of the guns are even lower. Guns are an issue in a culture wedded to them. The good thing is that cultures can and do change. Change the narrative around guns and you are halfway there.

It does get updated frequently- although articles 1 to 20 can never be changed. You might find articles 8, 12a, and articles 20 interesting.
