  1. Even if abortion where used as a means of birth control - which it isn't when other forms of contraception are available - it is not our choice to make unless we are the person who is pregnant. Abortion is an ethically neutral medical procedure for the ones who are not pregnant. You might feel different when you are the one faced with the choice (and that is understandable and okay) - but qualifying other people's choices is not helpful. I am happy your kid git the help she needed and profoundly sorry she needed it.
