There is a reason she was asked to define woman. If they asked her to define man and later were asked to do it themselves thry would have found themselves up shit creek without a paddle immediatly. Remember that conservatives and rightwing extremists deny that including women in a text and/or them being explicitly mentioned with 'men includes women here. We do not have to say it includes women. Men covers women too'. So men is at the same time the opposite of women and includes women. The same argument is used in highly gendered languages like german where Kaufmann is supposedly okay as a job title for men and women (notice the mann=man) and Kauffrau is not needed... but of course they do insist that Mann and Frau aren't the same at all.
