 @kingkali666 It is very hard to do and they are working long hours. What is pretty hard to do is not to hate on workers, in your case, apparently - but I am sure you can do it.

@jeffhodge7272 That is not David! Mate... seriously? These scam accounts pretending to be official accounts have been a pest for ages and the problem is well known. You need to, abd I mean this lovingly, work on your media literacy. Change your passwords, update your virus protection etc pp - and stop accusing people of tricking you when you failed to do due dilligence. It happends to all of us eventually... but it is on all of us to check before we accuse someone of scamming.
