  1.  Tim Kozlowski  Tim, Tazers look different, they have different colours, they have different handles, their weist differs. And what makes you think that this was a high stress interaction for the officers? If this is the limit of control they were able to muster they both had no business being in uniform.

  3.  @simonteesdale9752  if I've understood correctly there should be... and that means that either it was not engaged (which is against protocol) or it was and she disangeged it and shot... which is extremly worriesome if the people who commented that Tazers do not come with safeties are right.
