  1. On the other hand.... Ted was a failure for the VC. They were destroyed as an operating Force. The war became a conventional one versus the North Vietnamese Army.

  3. You seem to forget that the North Vietnamese regular army used armor. The war did not stay a unconventional war. After the Tet offensive the VC were gone.

  8. Let's be accurate in history here. We did not lose. Through Force of arms, North Vietnam was bought to the peace table. We negotiated a end to the War. Then the North preceded to break that Peace.

  11.  @chaosXP3RT  minor nitpicks. The goal of limited War is not holding territory. Agent Orange was never intended to harm people. It was basically weed killer. Now there are lawsuits over that.

  17.  @rikspring  after the Tet offensive, the VC were no longer the main enemy. It was tge NVA. Armor turned out useful in the war is the main takeaway.
