@smokejaguarsix7757 I'm going to be completely honest with you. I replayed this video twice. Sound is just fine. My vision may be crappy, but my hearing is just fine. Have you checked your device settings? And when was the last time you had your last hearing test? Hearing does change over time.

@geoguy001 well, if there's no treaty to enforce? There's nothing illegal. Of course I'm not into maritime law. But I have stayed at a Holiday inn Express. 😏

@dutchduke8864 I think basically nations were interested in actual Peace and disarmament, rather than cheating. A sentiment which did live on for a few years.
