  15.  @KevinLangmuir  I'll never understand the people who hate the Washington Naval treaty? 🤷🏽‍♂️ Disarmament is a good thing. And definitely was the popular feeling. The Great Depression is your bigger stumbling block. No one has the money for the kind of spending you are looking for.
