  1. ​ @briannicholas2757 bigger is not better. Bigger guns do not provide better return. You have fewer of them. They're going to require a bigger hull and barbette. The ammunition is going to be large and heavy. Meaning they will be slow to load.

  4. ​ @King-mitch she would get scrapped like everything else. The United Kingdom would spend the next twenty-five years rebuilding from World War II. And getting rid of parts of the Empire. Museums and memorials were not a priority. People wanted to forget about the war. And frankly, were already engaged in the Cold War. If they were not going to keep Vanguard. There is even less reason to keep Hood. Kg5 defeated Bismarck as did Rodney. They were not spared.
