@Jalu3 For scope of the channel, the Story of Admiral Gordon Chung Hoon might be notable? First Asian American grad of the Naval Academy. Was on crew of the USS Arizona, but ashore at its sinking. Captain of the Destroyer USS Sigsbee. Received the Navy Cross and Silver Star for Gallantry. Made Rear Admiral in 1959. DDG-93 is named for him.
