So far we are days into this thing. I have yet to see any video or heard from any Witness that this man was assaulting anyone? I have not seen or heard any evidence that this man was armed? I have not seen this guy was some sort of suicide bomber? Being a loud angry homeless person does not jump to the level of restraining them for 15 minutes in a chokehold? The threshold of requiring this sort of action does not seem to have been met.

@TheMovieTeaser that kind of verbal altercation is no more provocative then someone at a football game trash talking or what I've seen between students and teachers? Or people engaged in road rage. Someone rolls down their window and says, "I would F you up." Does that require you ram their car? It is reasonable to call the Transit Police. It is reasonable to hit a panic button on the train that they are equipped with. 15-minute chokehold? Not reasonable reaction.
