Wait What? Defending your home and a place in another state are very different things. That's looking for trouble. His case is not straight clear cut at all. Attacked? Yes. His actions before and after are questionable.

@MrDgm1995 Travel is not unusual. The purpose and intent..... Is in question. His repelling a attack on his person is reasonable. Being there in the first place? Not so much. In both these events you have imperfect people. Shooting a school bully is not a option.

@minavanderleest9493 he did not surrender to any cops. He went home. Nor was he a resident of Wisconsin. The legality of the gun is in question. He put himself into a situation he had no need to be In.

@minavanderleest9493 Sorry, does not match the facts. He left the state. Thus had to be extradited to Wisconsin. State law prohibits those under 18 to to be armed.
