I think Lake has a few valid concerns about irregularities. However, none of those appear to be organized or in any way connected. Nothing presented Rises to the level of decertifying or redoing the election.

@kultorthedestroyer there's nothing here you can point to that is connected or organized. Bad machines and bad campaign workers does not equal a grand plot to to deny an election. And if were true, why is it not the same in other races across the state?

@shewillloveGod there is no evidence why the judge should have ruled in any other direction. Nothing presented shows any sort of organized illegal action. And certainly not anything that would result in a desertification of the election. Once the election has been certified, it's pretty much a done deal.

@DepthCharge01 you don't have any real evidence of any sort of organized criminal activity. Nor do the county offices that certify the election finds such. And nor does the office of the Secretary of State. Having bad machines or bad campaign workers does not mean everything is rigged and therefore we need to redo an election.

@stevewarren5386 those same voters had the opportunity to vote early. The same voters had the opportunity to just wait in line. This still doesn't rise to any sort of organized effort or criminal activity.

@jmnatty2004 this is a state election. Covered under Arizona state law and state constitution. The process has been carried out. There was a recount. There was a certifying of election. There was a lawsuit. It was a fair hearing of the lawsuit. What more are you looking for?

@Mark-db8id you haven't proven any sort of criminal intent. You've not shown any sort of conspiracy. You've not shown any sort of collusion by those handling the ballots to do so with the intent of throwing the election. Nor has the county election boards found the chain of custody violation grounds for overturning or the certifying the election.
