@angieg2561 based on past precedent, Mr Baldwin is not guilty of any negligence. This is no different than the situation with the death of Bruce Lee's son. The shooter face no charges in that accidental shooting either.

Being a media sweetheart has nothing to do with the facts of the case. There is no intent or malice on Baldwin's part. Nor do actors have the responsibility of maintenance or loading of blank or prop arms. And based on president of other onset deaths, this goes down as an accident.
