  1. I would beg to differ. Interdiction of sea trade is a basic and classic Strategy. Whether it was the US Navy's Civil War blockade. Or the German surface raider U-Boat campaign in two world wars. The war is mostly affecting export. The ability for Ukraine to make money.

  3.  @roderickcampbell2105  I would counter my commentary has no political bias one way or the other. I support neither side in the conflict. Just pointing out that the interdiction of trade, is based on sound strategy and that it has been practiced many times.
