  8. @jothain  It's still inefficient. You have more effective and covert means at your hands. And there's been no real explanation of this so-called, "spy equipment." Not a friend of the Russians, but don't make them out to be James Bond villains plan makers either. Dragging the anchor around the bottom like it's a rake, makes zero sense to accomplish this goal. And what is the goal exactly? Disrupting telecommunications to Finland?
