And in light of recent events, may be targeted by Iran? The Egyptians are free to open the Border anytime they wish. And they do not wish to do so....

  12. It's more like there are other budget priorities. Maintaining the active Force capability takes priority. And those capabilities are years behind already in maintenance and repair.
