You see anybody else doing anything? Egypt could open up the Border and let everyone in Gaza walk over tomorrow. They don't want them.

@mahbriggs because the Egyptians don't want the Border open either. Right now the border crossing is in Israeli hands. You could easily ship goods to an Egyptian port and drive if the Egyptians wanted to keep the Crossing open. Nor does Egypt open the border crossing to allow people to come into Egypt.

@grondhero it's kind of an unfair question. There is no perfect World where somehow the military has all the answers and can run everything well. Nor do we want them to. Also war is because diplomacy has failed. Military force is used to enforce diplomatic policy. The idea the military is infallible and should be given a free hand, ended in Korea.
