@rbtsubs I have about as much Faith in this being nefarious; as I do drones over New Jersey. The Russians have plenty of submarines and submersibles if they want to play around with cables. Cargo ships dragging in anchor for 60 mi ; is not the way to go.

There are better options available. Dragging a anchor for 60 miles like it's a giant rake is just stupid. But then again, so is having empty reservoirs in a fire season.
