  1. The ships will always be limited in size to infrastructure. You can't make stuff bigger than the bridges, the canals or the dry docks to service them.

  3.  @grondhero  I would dispute the bridge being described as," fragile. " it was designed to certain specifications. The forces exerted, exceeded the design Load. The rest is just simple physics. And ships were not as big 50 years ago.

  4. In a world where restaurants are going Belly Up. Where McDonald's making a $5 meal is a big deal. It does make you kind of scratch your head? I can't afford a car.

  6.  @More_Row  You can grow the electrical grid. But standing around screaming up and down that; " they will Pry your Hemi V8, from your cold dead hands?" Is not a option. California is not rolling back their regulations. The EPA is not rolling back their mandates on car makers. The European Union is not either. Car makers are already headed in that direction. And you will be taxed on fuel or mandated till internal combustion engines are no longer available.
