  8.  @blairhoughton7918  I never have had to take the North route arround Baltimore. I thought that was I-895? But that's a different Road and bridge entirely.

  10. How much of this is going to fall on the insurance carrier and the ship owner? Also earlier reports are that there were some sort of engine repair that went on while the ship was in Port. Is this being looked at as the cause of the power failure? What work was done and by whom?

  11. It's going to affect things on many levels. You already going to have unemployment. Everything from the port workers to the toll takers on the bridge. The delivery of cargo is now interrupted war is going to have to be rerouted. Many of those ports are already full. Shippers will have to pass on the additional cost. Highway traffic around Baltimore was already bad. Now you've cut off one of the major beltway's. And we haven't even started about the lawyers and lawsuits.....
