  3.  @johnmarks227  Well it is Summer time in the Arctic. But the US Coast Guard is far behind the Russians and others in icebreakers. They are waiting for a new one. OUR two existing heavy ice breakers are 50 years old and only one is operational.

  8.  @larryrush2303  Drought in Panama. Not enough rain. Traffic in the canal has been cut. So the number of ships traveling that route has been severely cut back and the fees have increased.
