Under class b. Volatile, explosive and harmful off gases from a thermal runaway event. Class C. Lithium ion batteries are energized presenting a significant class C hazard. Class d. Lithium ion batteries can be packaged in metal housings that are combustible.

Things like wood and other solid materials. Class C is a electrical fire. Again, you don't use water. Class d is burning metals, like magnesium.

  40. There are political realities and then there are logistical realities. Military and political reality is that you do not have any political support for doing any more action than we've done. You have a lame duck president. Who already has half of his party who doesn't care for his Middle East policy. There is no support in the United States for another major war in the Middle East. It is an election year. No one's going to write up a declaration of war and take it to Congress. The military is also stretched beyond its limits. You cannot have ships on deployments for 280 days straight. We do not have an endless supply of ammunition or people to service ships and aircraft. And you don't see any other allies putting aircraft carriers out there. You don't see the French, Italians British or Indians.
