@davidgoodnow269 I wish people would stop trying to turn the clock back. Consumer goods are not what America needs to be in the business of. The American economy of today is based on services, pharmaceutical, agriculture, weapons, entertainment, etc. Nobody is buying American toasters.

@Pang-nn4eq I see plenty of US pharmaceutical companies. And most are based here. It's also home to all the medical schools and producers of medical equipment. And US AG business is feeding the world. From Tyson and Purdue's Chicken to Kraft's or General Mills. The point is, nobody wants TV sets or Pintos anymore.

@Pang-nn4eq Merck & CO. Has been American since WW1. I guess your just going to skip over places like Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, Bristol-Myers squibb, AstraZeneca, etc.
