  2. That would be a mistake. The A-10 isn't not the super weapon Fanboys make it out to be. And most of the heavy lifting are done by other aircraft like the F-16, f-18 and B-1.

  8.  @ivanlagrossemoule  well said. The Fanboy love for this damn airplane is ridiculous. It gets all the glory while everybody else is doing most of the work. And the vaunted gun? You don't need a 30 mm to tear up a Toyota. And since 1991 has done very little tank busting. Smart weapons allow everybody to do the same damn job.
