  1. We can't arrest the problem away. Why not have a designated area for them like we did with the skateboard crowd? The Whole East half of the Navy Yard is abandoned land for example. They and the street racers could go down there and bother nobody....

  4.  @MasonAveKid437  it's an endless cycle. We have been down that road. If they were given a controlled designated place to play with these things, then they would not be on the Street or ripping up Fairmount Park. We need to think beyond filling the Police impound lot.

  5.  @MasonAveKid437  The Entire Eastern half of the Navy Yard is abandoned. The old Airfield, The Base housing. It's just fenced-off empty land. And with Atco Raceway out of the way. The Fast and Furious crowd also need some place to go other than the streets. Let them run at the Yard. RATHER than smacking into the people on I- 95.

Nor seems to be a deterrent? But just doing the same old same old is not really getting us Anywhere But continuing to fill up an impound yard. C: well how does anyone go from their Polaris or Honda dealer with one of these things now? Yeah, you are either going to have to trailer it or make onsite storage available. Enforcing laws for use on the street would not change. Enforcement of stolen property would not change. But, it would no longer be a Citywide issue. And, if you paid for the privilege to operate in such a facility? Where you could do all your BMX Popping Wheelie play? You could actually generate some Revenue here.
