WELL....Philadelphia needs the jobs. We have a oil refinery to replace. Use the land there. Philadelphia Navy Yard? Half the place is unused. And it has rail, road and port access right there...

@williamking6531 there's no Neighbors. No zoning issue. And your Road, real and Port access all right there. From both my locations you can hop on I-95 or the Schuylkill. You even have public transportation for your Workforce.

@williamking6531 you can't get much cheaper than an half of an abandoned Navy yard or a wrecked oil refinery.
