  1. ​ @UberAV  I beg your pardon, but the demographics of the neighborhood have not changed. The only change has been increasing student population living on and off campus. Neighbors justifiably have for decades felt being treated second place to Temple's needs over their's. A carbon copy of the situation with the University of Pennsylvania and its encroachment.

  4. Temple has campuses all over the place. You have satellite campuses in Fort Washington and Ambler. A Center City Campus. Not to mention campuses in Rome and Tokyo.

  7. You already have three police agencies working in the area. Adding a fourth is encroaching on other people's turf. Septa transit police are already in this mix. The Troopers are needed for their Highway duties....
