  2.  @yvonneplant9434  I may have to clarify my commentary. The idea that river traffic was going to do a repeat of a Baltimore event, is what I was down playing. The bridges designs and the river is situation here is different. Still doesn't justify 20% increase in tolls.

  3. I want to see the Port Authority books before we start authorizing any increases. How much are they spending on rail service? On the bridge cops? The toll takers? What is their debt? What non Bridge projects are they funding?
