  1. Sadly, this gets dumped on Temple University. None of these events involved faculty or students. The fact that you have a major SEPTA stop and the only Movie theater in the area is the magnet. These kids do not have cars. And you have bounced them from the Fashion District.

  2. In some ways, they are. It's Spring Break and you have teens do wish to have some place to go. They don't drive. And they've been pushed out of the closest mall. And because this is a major SEPTA stop And has a movie theater. Is become a magnet. If you think about, it teens have very few Outlets. There's no video arcade anymore. No bowling alleys. No Bandstand or dancing on air studio to dance in. Too young to nightclub. So other than be online, this apparently has become their Hangout. Unfortunately, it's been dumped on Temple University....

  4.  @SheedLordBear  well perhaps you'd like them to be more like Suburban kids? running down up and down I-95 in Dodge Challengers? Because they have nothing to do either.

  5.  @JoanneGreene-g4l  Hangout out at malls. Then malls went out of business. They would go dancing. But there's no place to dance now. You would go to a live show or concert. Nobody can go to $100 concert anymore. And they can't afford $60 to go to a Phillies game just to get in the door. They used to hang out in the park. And we kicked everyone out of Fairmount Park. They used to go to movie theaters. Now there are hardly any left. Video arcades, pool halls, bowling alleys. Where does a teenager take a girl on a Saturday?🤔

  6.  @js1112111  act like what? The majority of these we're just simply out on a Saturday night looking to have a good time. It would be wrong to label all of them as being involved in wrongdoing.

  7.  @SheedLordBear  different issue. Gathering to meet up with other kids is not a crime. Engaging in robbery ,violence and shooting is a crime. That's three individuals out of Many. I can say the same thing about the average Eagles game.
