  1. Ever notice how Philadelphia as a county always has this unique habit of kind of overstepping it's Authority? This is a Statewide Motor Vehicle Code issue. It's a lot like this unique habit Philadelphia has of trying to keep going off and posting their own gun laws. And realizing that they are overstepping Authority, they come up with this parking language. So what is not a offense on one side of City Line Av.; Now becomes one if you cross over into Philadelphia? If you really think this is an issue worth pursuing? It should be done at the state level , not at the county.
