  5.  @myohmy7368  the business community has the same opinion. Have you noticed how Wawa is ending 24-hour service and many Philadelphia stores? Starbucks is closing center City location. The rebuilt Gallery, or the fashion district as they call it now. Finally had the chance to visit about 2 weeks ago. It's pretty empty.
