Witness here is a relative term. She was an active participant. It's not like she was looking out of a window or something.

For 13 years old, she's got quite a little interesting Circle of Friends. And all seem to be on the fast track to a funeral home.

@misselle1430 I think basically they all kind of turned on each other to cut a deal. That's why only two are charged.

@darjohnston4222 I could see this with minors falling more into the lap of Special Victims. I remember a whole episode where they dealt with a bunch of kids who threw another kid off a bridge.
