  2. The technicality in the case is that yes, the kid shot at the unmarked police car. The problem is when the cop gave Chase, the kid dropped the gun. This, the criminal charge on the Cop. Plus there was some question about whether there was a cover-up of evidence. So what could have been a good shooting; turned into going to prison.
